ESA endeavours to maintain the highest level of professional standards through abiding to our policies and procedures.

All complaints of misconduct are taken very seriously at ESA. The relevant information is provided in the links below if you wish to make a complaint, have been or are being abused or harassed by staff, volunteers or officers in ESA or the Evangelisation Society of Australia as previously known. The Director of Professional Standards responds to all complaints of misconduct including sexual, physical, spiritual or emotional abuse by staff, volunteers or officers. The Director is as independent as possible from ESA but is paid by ESA.

ESA also holds to best practice when it comes to the standards of our staff and leadership teams.  As such, every one of our team holds a current Working With Children Check (Victoria) or relevant check in their state of residence.  We have a clear process of application and authorisation as a worker with ESA.
